perfect location spanish specialties helpful staff
I enjoyed the location. It allowed easy access to many attractions. the breakfast offered a good variety of fresh fruits and spanish specialties. the staff was always helpful, assisting with taxi bookings and ensuring smooth transfers to the airport.

a madrid dream
central location kind staff
i spent several nights here and the location was superb. i walked to many restaurants and shops, it was so easy. the staff was very kind, they offered sweets and drinks in the lobby, it was lovely.
the room was quite small, i found it difficult to keep it very clean. there was a sewage smell in the bathroom and an air freshener was the solution. i hope they can solve this soon.

My beautiful room had a comfortable bed. the bathroom had fluffy towels. there were complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. I found these things useful for preparing for my romantic evenings.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. i saw cooked dishes, pastries, juices, yogurts, and a continental selection. the quality of the food was high. This provided energy to begin my exploration of this wonderful place.

the staff members were friendly and helpful. they gave me candies and a welcome guide upon arrival, such a sweet thought. on another day, i found cookies on my door, i was delighted.

this hotel is in a central area near many attractions. the hotel is close to shops, theaters and restaurants. transport links are also nearby, so moving around the city is an easy task. metro station is very close too.

The location was fantastic. It put me right in the middle of the tourist areas. the front desk staff, specifically jorge and paloma, were very helpful, i appreciated their assistance with information. the room was comfortable. it was nice.
i stayed for several nights. the room faced a brick wall, disappointing. the breakfast was good but seemed quite expensive. the room was also noisy. this made it difficult to relax fully after long days.

smooth coordination spanish specialties friendly staff
The reception team arranged taxi service to the airport efficiently. They loaded my suitcases into the taxi ahead of my departure. The breakfast featured a diverse selection of Spanish specialties, including churros with chocolate. The staff was friendly and always available to assist.

the location was excellent i felt very close to everything i wanted to see. the breakfast included a nice selection of spanish yogurts a treat i adore.
the mattresses felt a little too soft for my preference it was a small discomfort.
